It’s bummed to us if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received. We gladly accept returns postmarked within 10 days from the purchase date — and we’ve made the process as easy as possible for you.
1Sign into your account on the Garimas store.
2Find your order in My Orders and click the “Return Item” button.
3Select the item(s) you’d like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4Choose your mailing method — self-sending or pick-up service (with address and post office details).
5The logistics partner will contact you as soon as possible. Please wait for the courier to pick up the package.
6Once we receive the parcel, we’ll confirm it immediately and process your refund within 7 working days — back to your original payment account.

Returns are accepted only for orders with a recipient address within India that have been successfully delivered.
Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase date.
Items must be in their unused, original condition with original packaging.
We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We do not accept returns sent back directly without prior approval from our team.
