🧸 Product & Safety

Yes! We prioritize safety above all. All Garimas jewellery is made from hypoallergenic, lead-free, and nickel-free materials, gentle and safe for your child’s sensitive skin.

We also avoid sharp edges and use secure clasps designed specifically for young children.

Our collections are designed for infants, toddlers, and children up to 12 years old. Many of our bracelets and necklaces include adjustable sizing so they grow with your child.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after each use. Avoid exposing the jewellery to water, perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals. Remove before bathing or swimming.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve shine and colour.

Our jewellery uses high-quality zinc alloy, copper, and acrylic resin with vibrant, child-safe enamel coatings. All pieces are plated with a protective layer to ensure durability and a long-lasting shine.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery within India takes 3 to 7 business days. Metro cities usually receive orders within 3-4 days.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS to follow your package in real time.

Yes! We offer 100% Free Delivery on all orders above Rs.299 anywhere in India. For orders below this amount, a small shipping fee is added at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account and go to My Orders to track your shipment live.

Currently, we ship within India only. We are actively working on international shipping and it will be available soon. Stay tuned!

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to your original payment account.

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it for you immediately — no hassle.

Sign into your account → go to My Orders → click “Return Item” → select item(s), give reason, and submit. Our logistics partner will contact you for pick-up.

🛒 Orders & Payment

Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery address and choose your preferred payment method — it’s quick and easy!

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay — 100% safe.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Contact our support team as early as possible and we will do our best to help.

On the cart or checkout page, you will find a “Have a coupon?” field. Enter your coupon code and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total instantly.
