Shipping policy

At look, we provide free standard delivery all over India,  However, do note that we do not deliver to po boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports andjurongisland.

For a list of states that we deliver to, you may select your item and proceed to the check out product page and enter your delivery pincode  without the need for payment or registration.

• International delivery time - 7-10 business days
• Free shipping across all products on a minimum purchase of Rs. 299
• Cash on delivery also available for selected location . you can check by entering your delivery pincode.
• 10 Day Free Returns & Exchange after receiving your product.

 

Returns policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. if 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible Our Logistics partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged , you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by Us.

 

Order status and tracking

All orders placed from monday to friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hour upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
