- Order processing: Orders placed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, are generally processed and dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation.

- Order tracking: Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only for eligible locations and orders, subject to courier serviceability. Check availability at checkout.
